About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Architect to lead enterprise quality engineering and implement AI-driven test automation for a global industrial manufacturing client. Key Responsibilities • Design and lead end-to-end QA strategy and automation frameworks • Develop automation solutions using Playwright or Selenium with Java, TypeScript, or Python • Implement AI-powered test generation, self-healing automation, regression selection, and test triage • Integrate testing across SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and enterprise integrations • Work with Tricentis Tosca, Azure DevOps, and Copado • Lead distributed QA teams and drive release readiness, quality metrics, and governance Requirements • 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering • 3+ years as a QA Architect or Automation Lead • Strong hands-on automation framework development experience • Working knowledge of Tricentis Tosca • Experience with enterprise ERP/CRM systems, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted testing • Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
