About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Analyst with a strong background in retail, Salesforce testing, API testing, and automation. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce testing and hands-on experience developing and executing automated test scripts. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications • Perform functional, integration, data, and security testing across multi-platform environments • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and execute automation suites • Validate APIs and data using Postman and other testing tools • Identify, document, analyze, and resolve software defects • Translate technical specifications into clear business requirements and test scenarios • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality • Communicate testing results, risks, and defects effectively to technical and non-technical teams Requirements • 8+ years of overall QA / software testing experience • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience • 2–4 years of QA automation experience • Knowledge of Vitest, JavaScript, and API testing • Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and testing methodologies • Experience with functional, integration, data, and security testing • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and automation scripts • Knowledge of Postman, Ruby, and Cucumber for API validation and test automation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-resolution skills
