About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong AXIOM/AxiomSL testing expertise and a background in banking, financial services, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will build scalable automation frameworks and lead end-to-end QA activities. Key Responsibilities • Define QA strategy, automation roadmap, test plans, and quality metrics • Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks for AXIOM workflows, APIs, and databases • Validate source data, business rules, calculations, and regulatory reports • Lead functional, integration, regression, and production-validation testing • Maintain requirements traceability and manage defects through resolution • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and report test coverage • Perform root-cause analysis, lead defect triage, and mentor QA engineers Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing • Hands-on AXIOM/AxiomSL testing experience • Strong experience in QA Automation and Test Strategy • Experience with UI, API, database, functional, integration, and regression testing • TestComplete automation experience • Strong SQL and MySQL knowledge • Banking, financial services, and regulatory-reporting validation • Data validation, reconciliations, calculations, and transformation testing • Agile delivery and CI/CD integration
