About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team for a remote contract opportunity. This role focuses on developing automation frameworks, implementing API testing, and ensuring end-to-end quality assurance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress • Conduct API testing using OpenAPI / Swagger • Implement CI/CD integration with GitHub, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins • Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing • Utilize AWS services including Lambda, SQS, and SNS • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases • Conduct performance testing using JMeter, k6, or similar tools Requirements • Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on experience with Playwright • Strong understanding of TypeScript / JavaScript • Experience with API Testing, OpenAPI / Swagger • Familiarity with AWS – Lambda, SQS, SNS • Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD • Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases • Experience with Docker • Experience with Performance Testing – JMeter, k6, or similar • Manual, Exploratory, and Regression Testing experience • Agile / Scrum experience
