About the Role We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join the Supreme Court team. This role involves designing and implementing automation frameworks, executing test plans, and mentoring junior QA professionals. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automation frameworks and strategies • Create automated test scripts and execution plans • Perform performance testing and optimization • Define QA metrics, test coverage, and quality reports • Mentor junior and mid-level QA professionals Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on Software QA experience • 4+ years of Test Automation experience • Strong experience with Selenium and JMeter • Programming/scripting experience with Java, Python, or TypeScript • Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, test planning, and execution • Experience designing automation frameworks and strategies • Expertise in performance testing and optimization • Ability to define QA metrics, test coverage, and quality reports • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field Preferred • 12+ years QA experience • 8+ years automation experience • Leadership and mentoring experience • Scalable automation frameworks • Mockito/JMockit experience • Risk management and process improvement experience
