About the Role We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Citi Bank. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for complex banking workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks • Automate complex banking workflows and financial transactions • Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and automation improvements • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure application quality Requirements • Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG • Hands-on experience in test automation framework development • API testing using Rest Assured and Postman • Strong SQL and database testing skills • Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines • Functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Strong experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain • Knowledge of payment processing, ACH, wire transfers, and digital banking is preferred
