About the Role We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Vizon Inc. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure software quality. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Validate APIs, database operations, and application workflows • Identify, document, track, and retest software defects • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve software quality Requirements • 2-6 years of experience in software testing • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright • Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation • Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or Cucumber • Knowledge of API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools • Experience with SQL queries, database validation, and backend testing • Familiarity with JIRA, defect tracking, Git, and CI/CD integration • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus
