About the Role We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team in Omaha. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and excellence of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive manual, functional, regression, and integration testing • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans • Identify, document, and track defects from discovery to resolution using Jira • Conduct thorough API testing to ensure seamless integrations • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to drive software quality Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on software QA testing experience • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and modern testing methodologies • Deep expertise in manual testing, Jira, and API testing (Postman) • Solid understanding of basic SQL and database testing • Bonus: Automation testing experience with Selenium or Cypress is a big plus
