About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer for a hybrid contract opportunity. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks to ensure software quality. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks • Execute automated testing using Playwright and Selenium • Perform database testing, especially with SQL Server • Develop and maintain backend API automation • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Apply AI-driven and GenAI tools to improve QA automation processes • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure software quality Requirements • 10 Years of experience in QA automation • Strong knowledge of Playwright and Selenium • Proficiency in Java, OOPs, and Data Structures • Experience with SQL Server and Database Testing • QA Automation Framework Development skills • Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing • Backend API Test Automation experience • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and QA principles • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git • Knowledge of BDD, Cucumber, SpecFlow, and TDD • AI and Generative AI knowledge • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work with multiple programming languages and automation technologies
