About the Role We are looking for a hands-on QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in test automation, API testing, database and ETL testing, and AI-assisted testing. Key Responsibilities • 80% Automation Testing • 20% Manual Testing • Explain automation frameworks, technical solutions, and individual project contributions clearly Requirements • 10+ years of QA Automation experience • Python + Selenium WebDriver or Java • REST API Testing and Postman • SQL, Database Testing & ETL Testing • Hands-on AI-Assisted Testing Experience – Mandatory • Automation Frameworks: Page Object Model (POM) and Data-Driven Testing • CI/CD Integration with Jenkins, AWS, or similar tools • Performance Testing • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes & Linux/Unix Scripting • Jira/Xray and Test Documentation • Excellent Communication, Presentation & Problem-Solving Skills • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Preferred Experience • Healthcare or Health Insurance • Cloud-Native Testing • AI-Driven Quality Engineering
