About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to join our team, focusing on AXIOM/Axiom SL regulatory reporting solutions and banking/financial services applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end QA strategy, automation roadmap, and test planning for AXIOM releases • Build scalable UI, API, and database automation frameworks using Java or Python • Perform data validation, source-to-target reconciliation, ETL testing, and regulatory report validation • Automate API testing and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines • Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and quality governance • Mentor QA engineers and drive automation standards and regression coverage Requirements • Hands-on AXIOM/Axiom SL testing experience • Java/Python with Selenium and/or Playwright • Advanced SQL, database reconciliation, and ETL testing • API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent • Banking regulatory reporting knowledge — FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031/041, Call Reports • Azure DevOps/Jenkins, Git, and Agile methodologies • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
