About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in AI Voice Agents, IVR Testing, and QA Automation to validate conversational workflows, AI responses, and end-to-end integrations. Key Responsibilities • Validate conversational workflows and AI responses • Perform end-to-end integration testing • Conduct manual, functional, and regression testing • Test voice and chat conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialog management • Validate AI prompts and dynamic AI responses • Perform smoke and sanity testing • Validate speech recognition accuracy and response quality • Test ERP/CRM systems and API integrations • Track defects using JIRA and Azure DevOps • Conduct UAT, production validation, and ensure release readiness Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in QA automation • Strong expertise in Parloa Testing and IVR Testing • Experience with AI Voice Agents and Conversational AI Testing • Proficiency in QA Automation and TestComplete • Knowledge of manual, functional, and regression testing • Understanding of voice and chat conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialog management • Experience with AI prompt validation and dynamic AI response testing • Skills in end-to-end, integration, smoke, and sanity testing • Experience with speech recognition accuracy and response quality validation • Knowledge of Oracle SQL • Experience with ERP/CRM Testing and API Integrations • Proficiency in JIRA and Azure DevOps for defect tracking • Experience with UAT, production validation, and release readiness
