About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire systems and test automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA strategy, test planning, automation, and execution • Automate Guidewire business workflows and end-to-end scenarios • Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks • Manage defects, root-cause analysis, and release readiness • Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams Requirements • 10+ years of experience in QA automation • Strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter • Experience with Guidewire GT-UI Framework • Proficiency in Playwright, WebDriverIO, and Selenium • Knowledge of Cucumber BDD • API Testing experience with Postman and Karate • Performance Testing experience with JMeter • CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitLab • Experience with Automation Framework Development • Understanding of Test Strategy, Regression Testing, Defect Management, and Release Governance
