About the Role
We are looking for experienced QA Automation Leads to join our team. This role focuses on leading QA teams, building automation strategies, and ensuring quality in every software release.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead QA automation efforts and develop comprehensive testing strategies
• Manage test planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks
• Ensure quality is built into every software release
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Lead at USAA
• Strong experience in Billing, Base, Salesforce, and test automation
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI and API testing
• Experience with QA strategy, test planning, defect management, and release governance
