About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead / QA Engineer with strong expertise in Parloa Testing, IVR Testing, and AI Voice & Conversational Agents. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business & functional requirements for AI/voice applications • Prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data • Validate positive, negative, boundary and edge-case conversations • Test AI-driven voice workflows and prompt-based interactions • Identify and automate repeatable voice-agent workflows • Analyze failures and collaborate with Development, AI, BA and Product teams • Validate integrations across APIs, CRM and backend systems • Support UAT, production validation and release readiness Requirements • 8–10 years of experience • Strong experience in QA, Functional Testing & Test Automation • Hands-on experience with Parloa Testing / IVR Testing • Experience testing AI Voice Agents, Chatbots & Conversational AI • Validate end-to-end voice workflows and conversational journeys • Test intents, entities, dialog management, prompts and conversational flows • Validate AI responses and non-deterministic conversational outcomes • Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity & E2E Testing • Voice interaction and speech recognition accuracy testing • API and backend integration testing • CRM / ERP / third-party integration testing • Multi-language and multi-channel testing • Strong experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps • SQL / Oracle SQL knowledge • Experience identifying automation opportunities and developing automated test frameworks • Exposure to TestComplete / Automated QA is desirable • Performance testing experience is a plus Must Have: Parloa Testing or strong IVR / Voice Bot Testing experience.
