About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with expertise in AI-powered voice agents, conversational AI, and IVR testing. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA automation efforts for AI voice bots and conversational AI systems • Develop and execute test cases for IVR systems and voice response validation • Implement automation frameworks for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing • Validate prompts and conversational flows in AI voice systems • Perform API testing and ensure CRM integrations work correctly Requirements • Expertise in Parloa Testing and IVR Testing • Strong background in AI Voice Bots and Conversational AI • Experience with both manual and automation testing methodologies • Proficiency in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing • Knowledge of prompt validation and conversational flow testing • Familiarity with JIRA and Azure DevOps • Understanding of speech recognition and voice response validation techniques
