About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in AI Voice Agent Testing, IVR Testing, Conversational AI, and Test Automation. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA testing activities for AI-powered voice agents and IVR systems • Validate conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialog management • Design automated tests for dynamic and non-deterministic AI responses • Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and sanity testing • Test speech recognition accuracy and AI response quality • Validate multilingual and multichannel customer interactions • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks • Perform end-to-end testing across APIs, CRM, and backend systems • Track defects and collaborate with AI, development, and business teams • Support UAT, production validation, and release readiness Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in QA automation • Strong expertise in Parloa Testing and IVR Testing • Experience testing AI Voice and Conversational Workflows • Proficiency in functional, integration, and regression testing • Experience with QA Automation Framework Development • Knowledge of Prompt Validation and AI Response Testing • Experience with Voice Bot and Chatbot Testing • End-to-End Conversational Workflow Testing skills • API and Backend Integration Testing experience • Familiarity with JIRA and Azure DevOps • Test Case Design, Execution, and Defect Management skills • Oracle SQL knowledge • TestComplete Automation experience • Performance Testing experience • ERP and CRM Testing experience • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
