About the Role We are looking for a QA Automation Test Lead to join our team. This role focuses on driving automation strategy and managing releases for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Drive automation strategy and improve testing quality • Manage releases across enterprise applications • Coordinate with offshore teams • Implement and maintain Playwright and Selenium automation • Conduct API testing using REST Assured • Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions • Test GenAI and LLM models including OpenAI, Claude, and AWS Bedrock • Validate prompts and evaluate models Requirements • 8+ years of experience in QA automation • Strong skills in Playwright and Selenium automation • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python programming • Experience with Selenium-to-Playwright framework migration • Knowledge of API testing and REST Assured • Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Copilot • Understanding of GenAI and LLM testing • Prompt validation and model evaluation experience • Test automation strategy and release management experience • Offshore team coordination skills
