About the Role We are seeking a QA Engineer with extensive experience in the banking and payments industry to join our team. This role involves developing and executing test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure the quality of banking and payment systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts • Validate end-to-end banking and payment workflows • Test transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, and integrations • Collaborate with business, development, and DevOps teams • Support production validation and defect resolution Requirements • 8+ years of QA experience • 5+ years in Banking, Financial Services, or Payments • Strong Manual and Automation Testing experience • API, Web, Backend, Functional, Integration & Regression Testing • Experience with banking payment systems: ACH, Wire Transfers, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, Zelle, and Card Payments • Test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration • Agile, SDLC, STLC, and defect management
