About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on testing software applications, particularly in the banking and financial services sector. Key Responsibilities • Test online and mobile banking applications • Perform API testing and REST services testing • Validate databases using SQL • Manage test cases and defects using Jira and other tools • Follow SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements • 9+ years of experience as a QA Engineer • 7+ years of experience in software QA/testing, preferably in banking or financial services • Strong experience testing online/mobile banking or digital banking applications • Hands-on experience with API testing, REST services, SQL, and database validation • Experience with Jira, Postman, SQL Developer, and test management tools • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect lifecycle
