About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with healthcare domain experience and exposure to Databricks or Data Analytics. The ideal candidate should have experience in data validation, ETL testing, database testing, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of healthcare data. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, database, and data validation testing • Work with healthcare datasets, including claims, patient, clinical, and provider data • Validate data pipelines, data transformations, and data migration processes • Perform ETL testing and backend data validation • Write and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and completeness • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and development teams • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution • Prepare test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test reports • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams Requirements • 5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing • Healthcare domain experience is mandatory • Experience with Databricks OR Data Analytics platforms • Strong SQL skills and database testing experience • Experience with ETL testing and data validation • Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration concepts • Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills Preferred Skills • Experience with healthcare claims, clinical, or provider data • Exposure to Databricks, PySpark, or Azure Data Factory • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau • Experience with automation testing tools is an added advantage
