About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Dubai, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions in the airline industry. Key Responsibilities • Perform Manual Testing, including API and Database Testing • Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Testing Strategies • Identify, document, track, and verify defects • Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality assurance best practices • Ensure high-quality and reliable software releases Requirements • 3-5 years of QA/Software Testing experience • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies • Hands-on experience in API Testing and SQL/Database Testing • Experience with Defect Management and Test Management tools • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Experience in the Airline domain is mandatory, including exposure to: Departure Control Systems (DCS), Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Flight Disruption Handling
