About the Role Dynamics Innovations is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, quality assurance processes, and business application testing. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure solution quality • Validate business requirements and ensure developed solutions meet customer expectations • Test Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP, Power Apps, and integrated applications • Perform API and integration testing to validate data accuracy and system functionality • Support test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of QA processes • Prepare testing reports, defect summaries, and quality assessments Requirements • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing • Strong experience in manual testing, test case preparation, and defect management • Good understanding of software development and testing life cycles (SDLC/STLC) • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test management tools • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP is a strong advantage • Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright is an advantage • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred • Candidates currently based in Jordan are preferred
