About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer to own manual and functional testing across our product suite, ensuring high-quality releases through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect management, and production validation. Key Responsibilities • Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases • Execute functional, smoke, sanity, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing • Perform cross-browser, cross-device, responsive UI/UX, and API testing using tools such as Postman • Conduct backend/data validation and accessibility testing aligned with WCAG 2.x, Section 508, and ADA standards • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution • Support UAT, release readiness, post-deployment validation, and production defect triage • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and design teams in an Agile/Scrum environment • Maintain QA documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in manual and functional testing • Expertise in test planning, test case design, execution, and regression testing • Experience with API testing, Postman, and backend/data validation • Knowledge of accessibility testing standards, including WCAG and Section 508 • Strong defect management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and supporting production releases
