About the Role We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer with strong experience in Robot Framework and Playwright to join a project team and drive quality engineering, test automation, and continuous testing throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with product managers, developers, and engineers across daily project workflows • Define quality standards and implement continuous testing throughout the SDLC • Design, build, and maintain automated test suites • Ensure comprehensive manual and automated test coverage • Partner with engineers to improve testability and develop effective automation strategies • Analyze test results and production quality signals to identify trends and root causes • Recommend improvements to software development and testing processes • Collaborate across product teams to improve overall product quality • Stay current with emerging AI/ML testing methodologies, evaluation frameworks, and QA automation technologies Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Playwright • Experience with Selenium WebDriver • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites from scratch • Strong understanding of manual testing, automation testing, feature testing, and regression testing • Experience creating test cases and test sets based on acceptance criteria and user journeys • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong understanding of test automation architecture and testing infrastructure Ideal Candidate A hands-on QA professional who can independently create automation tests from scratch, contribute to testing strategy, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
