About the Role We are looking for experienced QA Engineers with strong expertise in Databricks testing and data platform validation. Key Responsibilities • Develop test strategies and test plans • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing • Validate ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing workflows • Perform data reconciliation and data quality testing • Automate testing processes wherever applicable • Identify, track, and manage defects • Ensure high test coverage and stable production releases Requirements • 8+ years of total experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in QA engineering • Hands-on experience in Databricks testing • Strong knowledge of AWS, PySpark, and SQL • Experience in ETL/ELT testing and data validation • Good understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing
