About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Integration Test Lead to lead end-to-end integration testing for migrating a legacy Workforce Management (WFM) system to Salesforce in a telecom/MSO environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end integration testing for migrating a legacy Workforce Management (WFM) system to Salesforce • Ensure data migration and data integrity validation • Coordinate with cross-functional teams Requirements • 6+ years of experience in QA Engineering/Software Testing • 3+ years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce integration testing • Experience with Charter Communications or similar telecom/MSO environments • Strong knowledge of CSG Billing systems and workforce management/scheduling platforms • Hands-on REST/SOAP API testing using Postman or similar tools • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, security profiles, and integration capabilities • Experience in end-to-end integration testing, data migration, and data integrity validation • Experience with Jira, Zephyr, and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong defect triage, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills
