About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Integration Test Lead to lead end-to-end integration testing for a legacy Workforce Management (WFM) system migration to Salesforce in a telecom/MSO environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end integration testing for a legacy Workforce Management (WFM) system migration to Salesforce • Ensure quality assurance throughout the integration process • Manage and coordinate testing activities with the team Requirements • 6+ years of QA Engineering experience • 3+ years leading Salesforce integration testing • Telecom/MSO domain experience (Charter or similar) • Experience with CSG Billing and Workforce Management systems • REST/SOAP API testing using Postman • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, security profiles, and integrations • Data migration and end-to-end integration testing experience • Proficiency with Jira, Zephyr, and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Defect triage and team leadership skills Benefits • Long-term contract opportunity • Competitive hourly rate • Opportunity to work in a dynamic telecom/MSO environment
