About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Integration Test Lead to drive end-to-end integration testing for a major enterprise initiative involving the migration of a legacy Workforce Management (WFM) system to Salesforce. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end integration testing for legacy WFM to Salesforce migration • Validate complex integrations across Charter's ecosystem • Test integrations involving CSG Billing, provisioning, scheduling systems, and middleware • Oversee data migration, data integrity, and validation • Manage defect triage and collaborate with Salesforce architects and third-party vendors Requirements • 6+ years of QA Engineering experience • 3+ years leading Salesforce integration testing • Telecom / MSO domain experience (Charter experience preferred) • Hands-on experience with CSG and workforce scheduling systems • Strong REST/SOAP API testing experience using Postman • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, security profiles, and integration • Jira, Zephyr, and Agile/Scrum experience
