About the Role We are urgently looking for an experienced QA Integration Test Lead with strong Salesforce expertise to lead end-to-end integration testing for a major enterprise transformation project. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end integration testing for enterprise transformation projects • Manage Salesforce Integration Testing with 3+ years of experience • Utilize REST/SOAP API testing using Postman • Work with CSG Billing and Workforce Management (WFM) systems • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in testing processes Requirements • 6+ years of experience in QA Engineering • 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce Integration Testing • Strong experience with Salesforce objects, workflows, security profiles, and integrations • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing using Postman • Experience with Jira, Zephyr, and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Telecom / Charter Communications / MSO domain experience strongly preferred Good to Have • Salesforce Administrator or Deployment Specialist certification • Provar, Selenium, or other Salesforce automation testing tools
