About the Role We are looking for a QA & Integrations Analyst to join our team in New York City. This role focuses on ensuring quality and seamless integration of systems within the retail and apparel industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test cases and test scripts • Perform UAT, regression testing, and defect tracking • Document testing processes and results • Ensure data mapping, transformation, and validation are accurate • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Requirements • 3–5 years of QA, testing, or integration experience • Retail, apparel, or home goods industry experience is a MUST • Experience testing ERP and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) integrations • Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and data validation • Hands-on experience developing and executing test cases and test scripts • Experience with UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and documentation • Excellent communication and analytical skills Preferred Skills • Experience with Shopify, NewStore, or Exenta • Knowledge of Retail ERP and DTC platforms • Test automation and system upgrade projects
