About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Lead – CLM to lead end-to-end QA delivery across multiple applications and manage a team. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end QA delivery across 5–7 applications • Manage a 15-member team Requirements • 10+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years leading large teams • Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows • Hands-on experience in functional, UI, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing • Expertise in API testing, test strategy, planning, and defect management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models Good to Have • Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, DocuSign CLM • Selenium/Playwright, Postman, and SQL
