About the Role We are looking for a QA Lead to join EPAM Systems and lead the QA strategy for GenAI testing. This role requires hands-on experience with automation frameworks and testing AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the QA strategy for GenAI testing • Build and maintain automation frameworks • Test GenAI applications • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks • Conduct test strategy, risk assessment, defect management, and RCA • Implement Agile, CI/CD, and shift-left testing practices • Provide technical mentoring, code reviews, and stakeholder management Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience • Strong QA leadership and QA strategy expertise • Hands-on experience testing GenAI applications • Familiarity with RAGAS and AI evaluation frameworks • Automation framework design, development, and maintenance • Strong test strategy, risk assessment, defect management, and RCA skills • Agile, CI/CD, and shift-left testing experience • Technical mentoring, code reviews, and stakeholder management Important: This is NOT a coordination-only or people-management role. You must be ready to lead, code, build frameworks, troubleshoot, and drive quality engineering hands-on.
