About the Role We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to take complete ownership of quality engineering for an AI-native healthcare platform. This role involves building automation frameworks, defining quality strategy, driving release confidence, and ensuring reliable digital experiences for clinicians and patients. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automation frameworks from scratch • Define QA strategy, test plans, and release sign-off criteria • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Lead and mentor QA engineers • Ensure end-to-end quality ownership Requirements • 6+ years of experience in software QA and quality engineering • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright + TypeScript • Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch • Strong API testing and backend/database validation skills • Experience defining QA strategy, test plans, and release sign-off criteria • Ability to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced product engineering environment Benefits • Work remotely with a collaborative engineering team • Build technology that directly impacts clinicians and patients • Define QA strategy and automation standards for an evolving AI-native platform • Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership • Own quality outcomes and influence critical technical decisions
