About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise to lead end-to-end QA delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end QA delivery for CLM systems • Develop and implement QA strategies and test plans • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations Requirements • 10+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years leading teams of 10–15+ members • Strong CLM domain knowledge (contract authoring, workflows, approvals, renewals, compliance) • Hands-on functional, UI, integration, API, and regression testing • Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, or DocuSign CLM • Strong QA strategy, test planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Experience with test automation and onshore/offshore teams is preferred
