About the Role We are looking for a QA Manager to join our team in the travel industry. This role focuses on leading QA teams and implementing automation-first, AI-enabled Quality Engineering practices. Key Responsibilities • Manage teams of 50+ onshore and offshore testers • Transform QA teams into automation-first, AI-enabled Quality Engineering organizations • Lead Web, Mobile, API, and AI testing initiatives • Implement end-to-end automation strategies Requirements • 10+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience • 5+ years of QA leadership experience • Strong expertise in Web, Mobile, API, and AI testing • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, Jest, Cucumber/BDD, REST Assured, Postman, and BrowserStack • Expertise in React Native, REST/GraphQL APIs, end-to-end automation, and large-scale e-commerce platforms • Experience leveraging AI for test generation, defect analysis, risk identification, and regression optimization
