About the Role We are seeking a QA Manager to lead the shift to an AI-enabled, automation-first Quality Engineering model. This is a leadership role focused on strategy and team management. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI and automation transformation across QA organizations • Architect scalable E2E automation for web, React Native mobile, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and e-commerce platforms • Apply AI to test creation, coverage, risk detection, defect analysis, and regression optimization • Embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines • Establish BDD/TDD practices, testing standards, and quality KPIs across onshore and offshore teams Requirements • Proven QA Manager who has led large teams (50+) through enterprise-scale automation transformation • Ownership of QA strategy, modernization roadmap, and measurable KPIs • Hands-on depth with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, Jest, Cucumber/BDD, REST Assured, Postman, and BrowserStack • Experience using AI to enhance the testing lifecycle
