About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to drive next-generation quality engineering across web and mobile platforms in the travel, hospitality, and e-commerce technology domain. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA transformation toward an automation-first, AI-enabled testing model • Design scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and e-commerce journeys • Apply AI for test generation, coverage optimization, defect analysis, and regression testing • Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines • Establish quality KPIs, automation standards, and continuous testing practices • Lead and mentor onshore/offshore QA teams Requirements • Strong expertise in Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, and Jest • Experience with Cucumber/BDD, TDD, REST Assured, Postman, and BrowserStack • Web, mobile, React Native, REST API, and GraphQL testing experience • Proven QA leadership with automation architecture expertise • Hands-on technical knowledge and experience modernizing quality engineering through AI and automation
