About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA & Process Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on auditing, standardizing, and improving QA processes and test documentation for the GEO Auto product. Key Responsibilities • Audit and improve existing QA documentation • Standardize testing processes and documentation • Document manual testing procedures, defect management, and triage workflows • Document automation frameworks, setup, execution, and CI/CD integration • Maintain a centralized documentation repository and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions Requirements • 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years in QA testing • Strong experience in manual and automated testing • Expertise in QA documentation, technical writing, and process optimization • Knowledge of Google Engineering and software testing practices • Understanding of the Test Pyramid, unit, integration, and system testing • Experience preparing test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect lifecycle documentation • Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
