About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Salesforce Lead to join our team immediately. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce testing and leadership experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA testing efforts for Salesforce applications • Develop and implement QA strategies and test plans • Mentor QA team members and provide technical guidance • Ensure quality standards are met across Salesforce projects Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 8+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce testing • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, and validation rules • Testing experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components • API, middleware, and third-party integration testing experience • Strong SOQL queries and data validation skills • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar QA tools • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills • Experience working independently in Agile/Scrum teams • Salesforce certifications preferred
