About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on QA Technical Leader to drive enterprise-level Quality Engineering, Automation Architecture, AI Testing, and QA Delivery Excellence. Key Responsibilities • Drive Quality Engineering and Automation Architecture • Implement AI Testing and LLM Testing • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines • Mentor engineers and manage delivery Requirements • 15+ years in QA / Quality Engineering • Strong Healthcare / Health Insurance experience • Hands-on Java + Selenium Automation • Experience with Playwright, TypeScript, and MCPAI Agents • Knowledge of LLM and AI/ML Testing • SQL, API Testing, REST Assured • AWS / Azure / GCP experience • CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions • Strong QA Architecture and Leadership experience Important: Candidates must be hands-on technical leaders who can code, design automation frameworks, mentor engineers, and manage delivery.
