About the Role We are looking for a QA Test Lead with expertise in data automation within the healthcare payer domain. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA testing efforts for healthcare payer systems • Manage data validation and testing processes • Oversee automation of testing procedures • Coordinate with development teams using Agile methodologies Requirements • 10+ years of QA experience • 3+ years in Healthcare Payer domain • Strong SQL skills with complex joins and data validation • Experience with Claims, Enrollment, Benefits and Provider Systems • Knowledge of Data Migration, Batch Testing and Automation • Proficiency with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps or TestRail • Agile/Scrum experience
