About the Role We are seeking a QA Test Lead to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves leading quality assurance efforts and managing testing processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage QA testing activities • Develop and implement test plans and strategies • Oversee manual and automated testing processes • Manage test automation frameworks and tools • Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes • Experience in manual testing and test management • Understanding of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC • Experience with SQL and database validation • Strong understanding of test planning, test estimation, risk-based testing, and defect lifecycle management • Experience with CI/CD processes and testing integration
