About the Role We are looking for a QA Tester to support enhancements to applications used for monitoring and administering IDEA grants, including new funding streams, fiscal monitoring tools, and form-upload workflows supporting budget and claims. Key Responsibilities • Manual and automated testing, with primary emphasis on manual • Functional, Regression, UAT, Usability, and Accessibility Testing • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts • API testing and database validation (SQL) • Defect triage and production support across the SDLC • Collaborate with BAs, developers, and stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years QA and Software Testing experience • Accessibility certification (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent) • Deep, hands-on understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA • Certification in Accessibility Testing • Section 508 standards and government accessibility compliance testing • Accessibility testing tools and methodologies • Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts • Strong SQL and database validation, API and web service testing • Test plans, cases, and documentation from business requirements • Defect management across the SDLC • Agile/Scrum experience
