About the Role We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual, functional, regression and UAT testing • Conduct accessibility testing following WCAG 2.2 AA standards • Execute API testing and SQL database validation • Create and maintain test plans, test cases and defect tracking • Follow Agile methodology for testing processes Requirements • 5+ years of QA / Software Testing experience • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing and UAT • Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility testing • Mandatory Accessibility Certification (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent) • Experience with Section 508 compliance and accessibility testing tools • API Testing and SQL/Database Validation skills • Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Tracking and Agile methodology experience • Government / Public Sector experience preferred • Experience with grants management, fiscal monitoring, or government applications a plus
