About the Role We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing, test planning, and test case development • Conduct accessibility testing and validate government accessibility compliance • Perform functional, regression, UAT, and accessibility testing • Track defects, troubleshoot issues, and follow Agile methodologies Requirements • 5+ years of QA and software testing experience • Strong manual testing, test planning, and test case development skills • Accessibility testing certification: CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards • Hands-on experience with API testing and SQL/database validation • Experience validating government accessibility compliance
