About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to support government applications related to IDEA grant management, fiscal monitoring, and budget/claims workflows. Key Responsibilities • Perform Manual, Functional, Regression, UAT, Usability, and Accessibility Testing • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts • Conduct API testing, SQL queries, and database validation • Manage defects and support troubleshooting throughout the SDLC • Validate compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards Requirements • 8+ years of QA and software testing experience • Strong manual testing and test automation skills • Proficiency in SQL, API testing, and database validation • Mandatory Accessibility Certification: CPACC, WAS, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of Section 508 Accessibility Standards and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance • Experience with accessibility testing tools and government accessibility compliance • Experience working in Agile environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting government applications or public-sector technology environments • Experience testing compliance-driven or grant management systems
