About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to support application enhancements for IDEA grant management, fiscal monitoring, funding workflows, and claims processing. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, UAT, usability, and accessibility testing. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts. • Conduct API testing, web service validation, and database testing using SQL. • Validate application compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders. • Manage defects, support defect triage, and document test results. • Ensure application quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements • Strong manual testing expertise and experience with test automation. • Proficiency in SQL queries, database validation, and API testing. • Experience developing test strategies, test cases, and test documentation. • Accessibility testing certification such as CPACC, WAS, or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards. • Experience with government accessibility compliance and accessibility testing tools. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Experience working in Agile or similar development environments.
