About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA/Test Automation professional with 7+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires strong QA fundamentals and hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing • Develop and execute test cases and test plans • Identify, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle • Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines • Utilize AI/GenAI technologies for test automation Requirements • 7+ years of QA and test automation experience • Strong understanding of regression testing methodologies • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM testing • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber • Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills • Practical experience with AI/GenAI in test automation • Ability to explain automation approach and framework architecture
