About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA/UAT Lead with strong banking and financial services domain expertise, particularly in wealth management and family office services. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA and UAT initiatives in the wealth management domain • Manage end-to-end testing and program-level test delivery • Coordinate multiple teams through release cycles • Develop and implement test strategies and frameworks Requirements • 15+ years of QA experience with proven leadership • Strong banking and financial services domain knowledge • Hands-on experience with HP ALM, TestComplete, and test management processes • Experience with SQL, API testing, automation frameworks, and data validation • Familiarity with testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, ReadyAPI, and SoapUI • Experience with JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, defect management, and test reporting • Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and team leadership skills • Experience working across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery methodologies Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline • Relevant certifications in Scrum, SAFe, AWS, or software testing • Understanding of investment products, portfolio management, client reporting, regulatory compliance, and high-net-worth client servicing • Experience supporting enterprise-scale financial services applications and business-critical releases
